We have a limited refund policy. Since we are just a platform that connects parents/students to teachers/childcare professionals we cannot give refunds for quality of service. We have designed the payment method to be fair for all parties involved and hopefully hold everyone accountable for their side of the deal. However, the following cases may make you entitled to a refund:
- Teachers or childcare professionals do not hold class, daycare, or other services as stated on their course description. (full refund if requested within two weeks of payment.
- There is proof of teacher or child care professional Misconduct(Assault, theft, sexual misconduct)
We urge parents to form contracts and refund policies privately with the teachers/child care professionals, to ensure a fair and equal transaction.
